I am a visionary; I have a vision for a world without cancer, but I need your help.

This year, I’m proud to be a part of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s (LLS) Student Visionaries of the Year Campaign, working to raise as much as possible for LLS’s mission.

Ellen’s why: I am participating to support the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) because I believe in the importance of advancing cancer research and providing support for patients and their families. This cause is close to my heart as I have experienced a loss of my own loved one to cancer, and I want to help raise awareness and funds to improve treatments and find cures for blood cancers. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of those affected. My campaign will provide support to the critical work of LLS in hopes that one day no one will have to grow up without the ones they love. I know that with your help, I can reach our goal and make a direct impact in the fight against blood cancers.
 

Nataly’s why: Having a grandmother that is a breast cancer survivor, I understand the strain and difficulty cancer plays on an individual and their family. Also, as I strive to pursue a career in biomedical sciences, I find working with LLS to be a greatly impactful and beneficial experience toward my future. My campaign will provide support to the critical work of LLS in hopes that one day no one will have to grow up without the ones they love. I know that with your help, I can reach my goal and make a direct impact in the fight against blood cancers.
 

Zhenya’s why: Every second, hundreds of people are consumed by the devastating reality of cancer. I, too, have felt its impact, having lost loved ones to this relentless disease. I understand how deeply it could affect lives, and I am committed to make a difference. Through my involvement with LLS and my aspirations in the medical field, I am dedicated to help create a future free from the pain and suffering caused by cancer. My campaign will provide support to the critical work of LLS. I know that with your help, I can reach my goal and make a direct impact in the fight against blood cancers.
